McNett, a leading manufacturer of products that help restore gear and keep you comfortable and safe outdoors, is seeking to fill a key in-house sales position in our Recreational Division for the Northeast, Southeast and South Central regions. The ideal candidate will have shooting sports, hunting, tactical and outdoor experience. Will be charged with achieving increased brand recognition and aggressive sales growth with existing customers, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. Must be able to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, and other departments. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, both at strategic and operational levels. Candidate must demonstrate experience managing outside sales reps and developing & managing sales programs.
Requires 3-5+ yrs experience selling in dealer and distributor sales channels. Position is full time, in house, and requires up to 50% travel (mostly east coast). Base + Commission, Salary DOE.
