I think I just ruined two tents...
I used this product on two aging tents I have in an effort to get a little more life out of them. In hindsight I should have stated with one first to see how it did. I applied it to the interior tent floor and the underside of the rainfly. I then applied the water proofing spray to the outside. I let them dry in my garage for a week. and then hung them on hangers for storage till my next trip. On my trip when I pulled the tent and fly from the stuff sack (that had been stuffed for less than 24 hrs) the fabrics had completely adhered together and took the better part of a half an hour to unstick them. The floor of the tent was extremely sticky. That night it rained and I had to pack up the tent wet. The next afternoon when I took the tent out to dry it was a complete glued ball. The moisture seemed to amplify the stickiness. I followed the directions to the "T" and invested upwards of $80 to fully waterproof both tents only to have them ruined. Don't use this product unless you want a glue ball for a tent.
